Belcamp,

A deep retrofit and contemporary extension to a beautiful old property in Dun Laoghaire. It involved paring the external walls back to stonework to then insulate internally and run underfloor heating throughout fed by a heat pump.
The existing entrance hall connects to the new wing via crittall doors encouraging a long view through to the garden.
The ribbed kitchen units sit well against the black zinc exterior.
